Data deletion & retention

Topia keeps no account data in reserve. You can delete your profile and every associated piece of content at any time – no reason required.

1. Delete directly in the app

Open Profile → Settings → Delete profile and confirm with two of your secret anchors. Deletion takes effect immediately and irrevocably across the network.

2. What is deleted

Profile and display name
All signals, images and attachments
Chats, connections and contacts
Cryptographic keys, device keys and anchors
Push tokens and device mappings
Reports and trust ratings

3. Without app access

If you lost your device or your anchors, email us quoting the pseudonym shown in the app at info@stadt.ai. We delete the profile within 30 days after verification.

There is no account backup: once deleted, no personal data remains. Transient connection data such as IP addresses and nonces is processed in memory only and never stored.
